Dress up your little ones as their favourite monsters or spooky characters and make this Halloween one to remember.

3. 15 participants per category will be shortlisted as finalists and receive an email invite to the Halloween Best Dressed Contest Finals

Finalists will be invited to NEX Level 1 Atrium on 27 October 2024, Sunday, 2pm for a stage showcase.

The winners will be determined by a panel of judges and through public voting.

1st Prize: $600 eNEXvouchers

2nd Prize: $400 eNEXvouchers

3rd Prize: $300 eNEXvouchers

4th & 5th Prize: $200 eNEXvouchers

Consolation Prizes for all other finalists - $100 eNEXvouchers

Registration runs from now till 22 October 2024, 11.59pm. Participants shortlisted for the finals will receive an email invite by 23 October 2024 and are required to acknowledge the email invite within 24 hours of receiving it. Winners will be announced at the Finals on 27 October 2024.

Parents / Guardians of participants of this contest must be NEXrewards members and have the updated 'my NEXrewards' app as the prize will be credited into their app’s 'my NEXrewards' e-wallet upon winning the contest and successful verification. Terms & Conditions:

This contest is open to all persons currently residing in Singapore with a permanent residential address, 12 years of age and below, except employees of NEX, their advertising agencies, and immediate families, or anyone else connect within this promotion.

The Management of NEX reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and may request any information deemed necessary for this purpose. Prizes will only be awarded once the verification process is satisfactorily completed.

1. To qualify for this contest:

- Participants must be 12 years of age and below, at the start of the contest period and must be accompanied by an adult.

- Maximum of one entry per child. If two or more entries are submitted, only the latest submission will be accepted.

- Parent / Guardian of participant must be a NEXrewards member and details submitted must consist of valid email and mobile number as registered in their NEXrewards account.

- Each NEXrewards member is allowed to register up to 5 children.

2. Contest registration will run from now till 22 October 2024, 11.59pm. The official time is Singapore GMT+8. Any entry posted after the cut-off date and time will not be considered.

3. At the end of the contest registration period, 22 October 2024, 11.59pm, all eligible entries will be compiled. The eligibility of all entries would be subject to the Management of NEX’s decision. 

4. The Management of NEX will shortlist 15 participants from each category as finalists, based on the most creative costumes and overall presentation, to proceed to the Finals at NEX Level 1 Atrium, on 27 October, 2pm. All finalists will be determined by the Management of NEX (whose decision shall be final) after the registration period ends on 22 October 2024.    

5. Participants shortlisted as finalists will be notified by the Management of NEX via their registered email address by 23 October 2024. All finalists must acknowledge receipt of the invitation within 24 hours to confirm their participation for the Finals on 27 October 2024. Failure to respond within the stipulated timeframe or a decision to decline the invitation, will allow the Management of NEX to select an alternate finalist.

6. The Halloween Best Dressed Contest Finals will take place at NEX Level 1 Atrium on 27 October, from 2pm to 3.30pm. Five winners from each category will be determined based on a combination of judges and public voting, and will be announced during the Finals. All decisions are final and binding.

Finalists are required to attend and participate in the Halloween Best Dressed Contest Finals at NEX Level 1 Atrium on 27 October, from 2pm to 3.30pm in order to be eligible for a prize.

Parents / Guardians of participants of this contest must be NEXrewards members and have the updated 'my NEXrewards' app as the prize will be credited into their app’s 'my NEXrewards' e-wallet upon winning the contest and successful verification. The prize must be accepted as given and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted in any form.

Non-members can sign up for a free NEXrewards membership to register their children for the contest.

8. In the event of a dispute, any decisions made by NEX Management regarding the contest are final, conclusive, and binding on all participants, and no further correspondence will be entertained.

9. The Management of NEX and their appointed Event Organiser shall not be liable or held responsible for any mishaps, injuries, and/or loss of property arising in any way from the participation of a child and/or their parents/guardians in the event.

10. Photographs, audio-video or other recordings of participant may be taken during this event for use by the Management of NEX and/or any third parties authorised by NEX for the purpose of marketing the event, including publication in any corporate or marketing materials. All photographs, video, recordings, and reproductions of the same in any form are the property of the Management of NEX and/or its authorised third parties.

11. In the event of actual or suspected fraud, abuse (including but not limited to plagiarism), and/or errors affecting the proper conduct of the contest, such as awarding more prizes than available, NEX Management reserves the right to (a) terminate or suspend the contest, (b) amend these terms and conditions, (c) void the notification and selection of winners, or take any combination of these actions.

12. By joining this contest, participants consent to the Management of NEX collecting, storing, and processing their data for the purpose of administering and evaluating the contest.

13. The Management of NEX reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the contest and/or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to participate in the contest after any revisions of these terms and conditions, participants shall be deemed to have agreed to the updated terms and conditions.
