- Redemption must be made on the receipt date (same day of spending) on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Redemption of Workshop eCoupon to be made at Customer Service Counter, Level 1 (near Isetan), 1 hour before each session.

- Limited to 2 redemptions per NEXrewards member per day.

- Limited to 8 participants per workshop session.  Strictly while stocks last.

- All receipts can only be used once and cannot be re-used for other rewards/redemptions.
