Guzman y Gomez is giving fast food a bold, Singaporean twist with the launch of Chicken Rendang! This exclusive menu addition combines GYG’s signature Guerrero-marinated grilled chicken thigh with a house-made Rendang sauce crafted with rich coconut cream and over 10 different spices including coriander, cumin, turmeric, and star anise. Sautéed a-la-minute on the hot grill upon every order, and tossed in Rendang sauce, each juicy piece is tender, smokey and bursting with flavour.

The rich, spicy and savoury Chicken Rendang is 100% Clean which means it contains no preservatives, no artificial flavours, no added colours, and no unacceptable additives – because who said fast food had to be bad food?

Guests can level up their GYG favourites with the all-new Chicken Rendang filling! Whether it's a Burrito, Bowl, in Tacos or a Quesadilla, the filling will be available after brekkie hours with no additional charge.
